Episode 1

Jack finds himself in the midst of a tragedy; the commercial airline he was was riding had crashed in a remote island a thousand miles off course of their flight plan. Jack, a doctor, races from person to person helping the surviving passengers and trying to pull people from the rubble of the crash. The total of survivors numbers 48, although the tail and cockpit of the plane landed somewhere else on the island.

Although everybody is still in shock, Jack assembles a team of people to go look for the cockpit in order to find the pilots and transceiver to send out a distress signal. Included in the team is Kate, Jack, and Charlie. (Refer to the character tab for descriptions).

Upon finding the cockpit, one pilot is alive and he gives them the transceiver. The last surviving pilot is seized by an unknown creature/being/entity, and the three run from the cockpit, transceiver in hand.

What would you do if you found yourself in Jack's situation?

Olivia Ketron(OK): Personally, I would theoretically like to do exactly what Jack did. He was brave, swift, and got a grip on the situation, putting shock and fear aside. I can't say for sure that I would be able to put aside my fear when in his situation, but I would do my best to do so. Also, Jack took initiative and automatically began thinking of how to get rescued and taking the necessary actions to do so.

Sonya Haan(SH): I would like to say that I would be as heroic as Jack was, but in reality I don't think I would be able to keep my own fear from paralyzing me. I admire the actions Jack took and I think I would do something to help the other survivors, but there is no way I would be able to save someone's life.
